At Inappropriate Shirts, every single garment is made specifically for you once your order is placed, either through our own in-house production process or through our Print-On-Demand production partner Printful. Consequently, your order goes through a fulfillment phase before being handed to one of our mail courier partners. Below is the transparent breakdown of our logistical handling times, carrier routing parameters, and real-world checkout pricing tiers.

### Order Processing & In-House Fulfillment Timelines
• Production Processing Lead Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our print facility to fulfill and complete your order. 
• Drop Logistics Constraints: Holidays, high-volume days or surprise weekend surges may temporarily scale processing times by 24 to 48 hours. Orders are completed and packed in the exact order they clear our storefront checkout lane. 

### Domestic United States Shipping Tiers & Pricing
Fulfillment shipping rates are calculated natively at checkout based on total cart weight thresholds and order values to guarantee absolute data transparency:

• Standard Tracked Dispatch (0.1 lb – 1.5 lb): Costs $6.99 flat. Natively captures 1, 2, or 3 graphic t-shirts or crop baby tees under their raw ounce weights. Expected transit delivery is 5–8 business days following fulfillment.
• Priority Outerwear & Multi-Item Courier (1.51 lb – 3.9 lb): Costs $9.99 flat. Automatically triggers on single hoodie purchases or t-shirt + fleece combinations. Expected transit delivery is 5–8 business days following fulfillment.
• Heavy Capsule Shipping // Bulk Weight Parcel (4 lb and up): Costs $14.99 flat. Handles bulk weight multi-item packages. Expected transit delivery is 5–8 business days following fulfillment.
• Free Standard Shipping // Orders $75 and Up (Price-Based Milestone): Free ($0.00). Unlocks automatically on all checkout orders of $75.00 or more. This option will pre-select as the default delivery method at checkout once the order value threshold is crossed. Expected transit delivery is 5–8 business days following fulfillment.
• Express Dispatch (USPS Priority): Costs $15.00 flat. Fully restriction-free manual upcharge option for users who want to upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping.

### Returned to Sender & Delivery Failures
When we receive a returned shipment at our facility, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to local charity groups after 30 days.
• Wrong Address: If you provide a shipping destination address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned us. You will be liable for the out-of-pocket reshipment costs ($6.99 standard postage or $9.99 for outerwear) once we have confirmed an updated address with you via a secure Shopify draft invoice.
• Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed at your local post office or regional sorting facility are returned to our shop. The customer assumes liability for the cost of a standard reshipment label to have the package resent.
